Being sick is no fun.
I would know. During December I spent 6 weeks with that "crud", TWICE!
I coughed for 6 straight weeks and ended up with Costochondritis. It's painful (liken it to a cracked rib) and it takes a LONG time for it to go away. I took two rounds of antibiotics, got lots of sleep and sucked on more cough drops than I could count, but it's finally gone.
Even sick people need cheering up and there's no better way than with a hand-stamped card. I created this one for my Card Class last week that featured the You Plus Me stamp set.
You might think this stamp set is just for 'love' cards, but think again. I worked hard to prove that this set can be used all year long.
The arrows, heart and the small cluster of hearts came from this stamp set. I simply substituted the greeting.
The Sweet Dreams Washi Tape is an awesome collection of colors and designs. Don't overlook this 5 roll ensemble. Each roll has 5 yards of tape in varying widths.
Who needs a "Feel Better", cheer up, hand-made card? If you're already a stamper, get a few things out and create a card and mail it. There's great power in snail mail greetings.
