Flip Out Birthday Card Details
My husband (who we fondly call “Bob the Builder”) recently celebrated a birthday and while looking through my stash of handmade cards I realized I had a shortage of masculine themes. The Everything Amazing stamp set had been sitting in my “to use” pile for a few weeks and realized it would be perfect for his card!
Knowing he had seen the previous Buckle Fun Fold card, I decided to remove the buckle portion and reformat the orientation so the card looked different. While boasting of his “cool card” (his words!), he had no idea this was an adaptation.
The Glitter Enamel Dots added the perfect bit of shimmer without the card looking feminine. I love this product since the package includes 160 pieces; 10 each of 4 different colors in 4 different sizes.

I love all your cards Lisa. They are beautiful and easy enough to make
I’m still having a problem getting the braid downloaded. I sent it to a friend and she said all that comes up looks like numbers and stuff. If you could send me a copy in the mail I’d pay you. Let me know if that works for you Thank you again for the amazing cards.
Hi Jackie! Thank you for the kind words. I’m unable to mail the template to you. I’ve had hundreds of requests and time and expense aren’t realistic. I can assure you that the template can download accurately. I see that hundreds of people have successfully accessed it through my Google drive. If it’s not printing correctly it’s due to a printer setting. Try accessing the template directly through this link to see if this helps. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ViU6We2igCYjB3lwIA27hylVm5irOYKk/view?usp=sharing
Although I have been a crafter of many different fields, doing cards and stamping is new to me. I’m very excited to try my first card, will let you know how it turns out.
Welcome to the world of paper crafting, Sarah! You’re going to love it. The ability to make a card in just a few minutes is really gratifying. Better yet, those receiving it will love your handmade creation. It’s like giving a part of yourself! Happy stamping!
Love watching your YouTube videos after a long day in the office watching them de-stresses me. Keep up the very professional tutorials. Be safe and healthy in this virus situation, Tania from Australia xx
