Whether you’re a customer, follower, demonstrator, or live anywhere in the world, Stamp Studio Memberships were created with you in mind.
You’re probably wondering how Stamp Studio Memberships work and we’re glad you asked! Below is an example. Please note, the May 16th date below is an example and this date should be replaced with the date you join.
Yay! You joined Stamp Studio Memberships on Tuesday, May 16. This date is when your reoccurring monthly charges are reflected on your bank statements. You are now on the list to begin receiving membership rewards the following Monday!
You will continue to receive weekly emails from us that includes your exclusive weekly tutorial! These emails are promptly sent on Mondays at 9am ET.
MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S
I subscribed in the middle of the month. Can I still receive that month's membership rewards?
Yes! You will start receiving your weekly tutorials the Monday following your subscription (i.e. If you join on a Tuesday, you’ll receive your first email at 9am ET the following Monday.). You will not qualify for previous non-paid week tutorials.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please note, if you cancel your membership the day after your card is charged you will still receive the following week’s membership tutorial. There are no refunds issued for any reason once your card has been charged.
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
Lisa’s Stamp Studio, LLC does not keep your credit card on file nor does Lisa’s Stamp Studio, LLC have access to your credit card or personal information. We use a highly trusted third-party financial infrastructure, Stripe, to obtain credit card numbers and individual information. Stripe is used by major companies and organizations like Google, Amazon, and Instacart. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy by clicking here.
