When our monthly Paper Pumpkin kit arrives we like to open it together. When we opened this month's box we both said the exact same thing, "Yeah!!!!".
We've discussed making test tube 3D favors for the longest time. Our dilemma was finding decent quality plastic tubes in a realistic quantity. Well, HELLO PAPER PUMPKIN! This month's kit is perfect – 16 plastic tubes with all the trimmings. For those of you that are subscribers, be watching for this kit refill in the coming days. I can guarantee they will sell out quickly. You can check the inventory on refills HERE.
It didn't take Boo long to decide exactly what she was going to do with the tubes and the remainder of the kit. You're going to love what she's come up with!
Since many of you wrote and told us that you enjoyed the bloopers, Boo decided to include our outtakes from this month's filming. Ohhh, this filming stuff looks easier than it is – trust me!
I've included pictures, cutting dimensions and a supply list below.
Don't forget, right now is the perfect time to try Paper Pumpkin. The BOGO sales is good through October 10th. Buy one month at $19.95, get the second month for FREE! A recent call with my demonstrator support agent confirms that the next kits are AMAZING! You won't want to miss out! If you don't know about Paper Pumpkin's monthly craft subscription you can read about it HERE.
PLUS, all our Paper Pumpkin subscribers also receive our Paper Pumpkin Parade – a collection of 7 different project ideas using that month's kit. This is a free PDF tutorial that you can download or print and provides additional inspiration. It's our way of saying 'thank you' for your subscription. You can view sneak peek's of our past Paper Pumpkin Parade projects by clicking on the image below.

Decorating tips:
- Stampin' Up! cardstock is 2-ply. Breaking down the fibers of the paper will allow you to separate the layers and use it for wrapping, like Boo did for this project.
- Here's how you can break down the fibers. 1) If you own a Crimper, crimp the paper numerous times in different directions. Gently work from the corner and begin separating the two layers. 2) Use your Bone Folder repeatedly on a thin strip of cardstock. Run the Bone Folder through the paper like you would with scissors to curl ribbon. Repeat on each side of the cardstock several times. Gently work from the corner of one end and begin to separate the layers.
- Wiggly eyes come in all different sizes. We purchased ours at Wal-Mart in the craft section. They are easily attached with Glue Dots included in this month's kit.

Great job Jeanna. First time I’ve ever seen you on video. Mom has taught you well. Have you signed up as a SU coach yet? Loved your video.
Hi Linda! Gina graduated college in May with her degree in film production. She has a full time job as a production director and finds it difficult to be in front of the camera versus behind it. Unfortunately, she has no desire to sell Stampin’ Up! 🙁 She’s amazingly creative! So glad you enjoyed the projects and the video. We’re super happy you found us! Thanks for stopping by to comment. Happy Fall!
LOVE these ideas! Thanks for sharing
Hi Meagan! Thanks much! Boo’s thrilled that you enjoyed her alternate ideas. Have a great stamping Monday!

You girls are too cute and remind me of me and my daughter. I love your alternate projects and will be using two of them in my upcoming kids class. Just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your great ideas!
Hi Carrie! We are quite a pair, aren’t we? 😀 So glad you enjoyed Boo’s alternate project ideas – wow, and enough to CASE them for your class. She’s totally flattered. Thanks for following the blog and videos and taking time to comment. We appreciate the feedback.
