O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree…how lovely are they branches
Christmas….61 day away! Sorry about the lop-sided picture! Remember, I never professed to be a great photographer…I only know how to stamp. :D Here are some tips to creating this card. 1) Don't underestimate the power of glitter! Here I used Dazzling Diamonds on the "ornaments" of the tree to give this card a little sparkle. 2) Layering your punches is a great way to play up your sentiment. I wasn't sure if the scallop oval worked with the XL large oval punch because it doesn't mimic the scallop but it does. Try layering two different shapes. A few other great punch combinations are:
- Decorative Label & 1 3/8" circle
- Curly Label & 1" square
- XL Oval & 1" circle
- Modern Label & Blossom (punch 3 Modern Labels and fit them inside the Blossom punch)
- Ticket Builder & 1" square
….I think you get the idea!
