NO ONE touches my scissors but the AMAZING Dana Downs! Dana has been the exclusive and preferred sharpener at over 100 of the JoAnn's Fabric stores for the past 15 years.  He is also a preferred sharpener for many dog groomers and beauty salons in the Tampa, FL area.  If your speciality scissors need sharpening, Dana can do that too!  Read all about him HERE.

Sharp scissors make crafting so much easier.  I've made arrangements, just for YOU, to have The Scissor Doctor HERE, at the Stamp Studio, on Friday, January 24th at 6pm.  If you'd like your scissors or knives sharpened you can drop them off with me, in advance, along with payment.  EMAIL ME HERE to coordinate an easy, convenient drop off time. If you've RVSP'd for the Open House that evening, bring your scissors with you and he will sharpen them while you're here.  Dana accepts cash or check.

Dana's pricing is as follows:

• $3 per knife
• $5 for small and medium scissors
• $7 for gingher, mundial, pinking and scissors with springs
• $8 for large sewing scissors
• $10 for beautician scissors (DISCOUNTED – he typically charges $20 when he does them in the salon)
