When I first shared this card with my downline at our Christmas party in December and again during my Chicks, Chocolate & Cards Class in January, everyone asked the same thing. "How did you make the background?"
Easy – it's part of the Happy Watercolor stamp set!
That image is a simple 'smear' which will allow for a wonderful washed background.

I stamped the flower on separate colors of cardstock, cut out the pieces out nd mounted them with dimensionals, right over the original image stamped image. This gives a nice 3D look to the card.
I also separated strands of the gold sequin trim and attached them with glue dots.
