Coastal…not the most creative title for this blog post, but certainly relevant.
There's nothing that screams the beach like sandpipers and sea grass.
This card was shared by Julia Carmichael. Although Julia's score lines are representative of creases, I scored mine with the paper face down so they would be raised – much like embossing.
The Simply Scored Scoring Tool is a fantastic product.
In fact, I rarely use my scoring tool on my trimmer any more since the Simply Scored has place markers and its the numbers are easily identifiable for making duplicates of the same project.
It's ideal for paper crafting and perfectly priced at $29.95.
I used the Squares Collection of Framelits to create the 'tiles' for the image layers.
Of course, Dimensionals were a big part in this card. I love the 3D look they provide, especially when you're working with two layers of the same color.
I call Dimensionals my "cheap thrill"!

I really like that Wetlands stamp set….so versatile!!
what a great tip for the score lines… I love that added touch it gives to your fabulous card!!!
Thanks for your sweet comments, Trish. They are always appreciated.
