It's April Fool's Day!
Have you been the recipient of prank today?
My daughter is the family culprit. She's so darn witty!
This morning she called me and said she locked her keys in her car. After my "mother speech" I proceeded to lock up the house, got into my car and was headed in her direction. About 5 minutes en route, she calls me to say "April Fools"!
I wasn't sure if I was mad or glad…but I did chuckle, some, on the ride home.
Although the words look heat embossed, they aren't.
I used the Gold Metallic Encore pad. The words don't have that "shiny" appearance like heat embossing gives, but it's the perfect compliment with the opaque Washi Tape.
This was part of a hair-brain idea I had – Washi Tape on black cardstock.
It turned out really pretty – even prettier in person.
Turns out I'm not a fool after all!
