Happy Memorial Day!

I'm dedicating today's post to all the men and women who serve in our Armed Forces, active duty, retired and reserves.

Among them…Bob the Builder.

I'm a proud wife – that of a Retired USAF SMSGT who served our country for 23 years.

The Air Force allowed us many privileges.  We lived in some amazing places, Las Vegas, Hawaii and Florida, and we've created relationships that are like family.

The sacrafice our military endure are beyond your comprehension. Time spent away from family, missing holidays, the birth of a child, the first day of school, when their son performs in a school play, when a daughter graduates high school, and the list goes on. 

This doesn't even include the performance of their job.  Not just any job. It's a job that guarantees you and I incredible freedoms.

Help me salute these men and women.

We are a home of the FREE and the BRAVE!
