Every year I change up something. This year I've added live technique demonstrations. I've also made up samplers of the new designer papers, ribbons, embossing folder and punches. This will allow everyone time to look at the new products, close up. The best part is touching it!
Put aside a little time to come join us today at the Brandon Women's Club, 129 N. Moon Street in Brandon, FL. We will be there from 11am-2pm.
There will be an "Inspiration Station", a raffle, and oh, did I mention there is a make & take project, too?
If you're going to recreate this card let me give you a few tips:
- Ink up the chevron image from the Work of Art stamp set and stamp it on your white cardstock. Without reinking, move it up a little and stamp again. That will create the two-tones that are represented here.
- Cut your banner tip FIRST then punch our the small heart using the Itty Bitty Accents Punch.
- Stamp your words on the banner.
- "Stamp off" the 'swoosh' image on scratch paper so it's lighter then stamp it over the words. If you goof up, don't worry, just flip it over and try again.
