Blingy Butterflies

Butterflies and bling certainly go together.

Why?

Butterflies are an amazing creation. As delicate as they are they seem to captivate our attention.

"Bling" can be very delicate (unless you're a Bedazzle fan!) and it always capture your attention.

See, I told you they go together!

I create today's card with that in mind; delicate and captivating.

Did I accomplish that?

The bright colors are reminiscent of summer. They also represent the new In Color, Hello Honey.

This card was inspired by one I saw by Super Stamper Girl.

I wanted a bit more texture on this card so I pleated the ribbon. To get this look, place a line of Sticky Strip where you'll want the ribbon to fall. Cut double the length you will need, or better yet, leave it on the roll and work as you fold. Simply place an end down and create a looped piece of ribbon. Best part, if you mess up, just carefully pull and the ribbon can be repositioned. I love forgiving techniques!
