I'm ready for some cooler weather here in Florida but until Mother Nature decides to bring it our way I'm going to think Fall – and I'm going to create with those cooler temperatures in mind.
Even though Florida doesn't experience the "leaves changing" as the northern states do, I love the colors of fall. The rich tones of browns, yellows and oranges just make me wanna wear a sweater – then I step outside. ((hahaha))
This card features the stamp set For All Things. I couldn't resist the slanted layout which I copied from another card I saw in the Holiday Catalog. I just switched out the stamp set, designer paper and accessories and came up with this.
And, if you're followed my blog for any amount of time you I know I love bling. I found a place to use a small strip of the Gold Sequin Trim along with a little Gold Baker's Twine to give my card a little texture and shine. But don't miss that adorable little staple. There's a new handheld stapler that has revolutionized my crafting life! You can color the staples with the Blendabilities, too!
Remember, too, if you place an online order between now and September 20th you will receive these two cards plus the two patterns to make them. My patterns are not PDF's but hard copies with directions. GREAT for recreating more! More details under the Creative Creases tab!
