Have you seen the new Stampin' Up! Gift Box Punch Board in use? No?! No problem! I'm including a short video today so you can see it in action. But, first, here's one of the boxes I made using this new product.
I used a piece of Soft Sky cardstock cut 8"x8". This creates a 21/2" x 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" box. The designer paper strip is cut 2"x12". I cut 18" of the beautiful Lost Lagoon Silky Taffeta ribbon to tie it closed.
The great thing about this new punch board is that you have options on how big you'd like to make your box – customizing is easy with the guide that's printed right on the board. Unlike the video, I wanted my box to have a gable-type top so I tucked two of the box flaps inside and connected only the opposite two tabs.
No gift is complete without a tag. This one was super easy to make with the Cheerful Tags stamp set and the coordinating Note Tag Punch. I even added a few sequin for some sparkle.
Pretty, huh? Yep, and pretty easy, too!
