Can you even believe that we are just 9 day away from Christmas? I'm already feeling a little blue that it's almost over. Yep, I'm a Christmas FREAK! I love everything about this holiday.
So, it's only fitting that I created my share of scrapbook page layouts centered around Christmas. Did you know, next to a wedding and the a birth of a child, that Christmas is the most photographed occasion in most people's lives? Yep, it's true!
One of the joys of being a kid is the belief in Santa. Believing is part of the magic of Christmas.
(Remember, you can click on any photo below and enlarge the image on your screen.)
I started with 12"x12" Real Red cardstock as the base and created various panels of color. The panels are cut 4" x 5 1/2". The designer paper strip down the center of both layouts is from the Under the Tree Designer Series Paper series and measures 1 1/2" x12".
Since banners are so popular right now I decided to create a collage of different sizes and textures, one of which houses my layout title "Santa" which I stamped in the Metro Alphabet.
The page needed some additional texture so I pulled out some buttons and added them with Glue Dots. Nice and easy and just the right amount of sparkle.
And, what child wouldn't tell you that Santa uses the chimney?! This image, along with the other, are from the Get Your Santa On stamp set. It's photopolymer so lining them up is super easy. I colored them in with markers to complete this easy layout.
Here's hoping you'll make some fabulous memories this Christmas.

As always, so glad you like the layout. Simple is my middle name when it comes to scrapbooking…gotta’ leave lots of room for pictures, right? 🙂
