Just typing the words 'winter' makes cold. It's winter somewhere, just not here in sunny, warm Florida. I'm not complaining, having grown up in the suburbs of Chicago I know all about winter. Honestly, the only time I liked winter was the month of December. I don't miss scrapping my windshield, starting the car 15 minutes early so it would heat up, carrying salt and a shovel in my trunk or the slush of melting, dirty snow. I've painted an ugly picture of winter but in all honesty, winter is very pretty to look at.
And the beauty of fresh, white fallen snow is an image that will always be embedded in my mind. That's one reason I was so drawn to this card kit; Watercolor Winter. Like all Stampin' Up!'s kits, the pre-cut pieces, die cut shapes, envelopes and accessories are included. This kit makes 20 cards.
The kits come with pictures to follow but I was having too much fun making up a few and of course, CASEing some I saw on Pinterest made by various other people.
I may not be a fan of winter weather but I am sure a big fan of this kit. It's only available until January 5th. Head over to my online store and shop the year-end clearance rack and add this Watercolor Winter card kit, too.
If you live where it snows bundle up, grab a sled and enjoy winter. Me, well, I'll be in my flip flops, pruning my flowers and palm trees.
