During the Stampn' Up! Catalog Kick Off for the Occasions Catalog everyone in attendance received the "One Tag Fits All" stamp set for free. I was a lucky recipient and I couldn't wait to get home to play with it.
This design is my own – yes, a "Lisa Original"! I wanted the words and the duck separated so I started playing with my punch entourage to see which ones would fit.
Low and behodl the Hexagon punch fits perfectly and I was able to omit the words without having to ink up just the duck and visa-versa.
I began by using the Honeycomb Embossing Folder which really added some texture to this otherwise simple card. I used about 30" of Whisper White Baker's Twine to wrap it around the card twice and complete with a looped knot.
I stamped the image 4 times on Whisper White cardstock. Three of those images I colored in the ducks using Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe, So Saffron (for the beak) and Wisteria Wonder markers. The fourth image I used strictly for the words.
The wonderful Hexagon punch made my life so much easier. I just lined it up and punched out the desired portion of the images (as shown). I added one extra Hexagon punched image from the Subtles Collection Designer Paper to coordinate. Each punched image is mounted with Dimensionals. And of course, I had to add pearls!
