This week's quick tip will show you how to stretch your dollar while using Stampin' Mist product.
Stampin' Mist is a rubber stamp cleaner that removes the ink and conditions the stamp. Proper cleaning is important to remove ink that embeds into the image. Some people have told me they use baby wipes. Although this is fine for a quick clean up, it's not wise to use them regularly. Baby wipes have a moisturizer in them which will, over time, leave a sticky residue on your stamps.
Stampin' Mist is a great product and here is a great way to stretch your dollar without compromising cleaning.

Really like you tip, Lisa. I have been spraying my cleaning pad with Stampin’ MIst and then when it dries out I spritz it with my water bottle! Cleans great! I agree, it makes the refill or regular spray bottle of SM go lots farther!
Get tip Lisa. using my spray often. Especially like the tip from Eileen Engel about spraying the mist onto the cleaning pad then spritzing with the water bottle. Must try it. Keep your wonderful “tips” coming, do enjoy looking/hearing them, and using your tips too.
So glad that both Ruth and Eileen liked this tip. It’s worked for me for years. Thank you, too, for taking the time to comment. I love the feedback.
Great idea but, Linda, when you say 1 part Stampin’ Mist and the rest water do you mean that whole refill bottle of Stampin’ Mist into that spray container and the rest water? Help, please!
thanks in advance
Hi Lucy. I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear. One part, meaning 1/4 Stampin’ Mist and the rest water. When you dilute the Stampin’ Mist it works just as well. Thanks for the great question!
