Many people felt the "Blooming with Kindness" stamp set needed to be colored in to look nice. I hope I can disprove that theory when you see these cards that I created several years ago.
Although the designer paper is retired, the layout is easily adaptable. I used the retiring Modern Label Punch to use just a portion of the greeting. The flower is colored in with an Aqua Painter and the Rich Razzleberry ink. I outlined the finished flower with the retired Bashful Blue marker but that could easily be substituted for Soft Sky or use of the Aqua Painter with the coordinating Marina Mist cardstock shown.
Of the three cards I made, this one is my favorite. I love the vintage feel of the Soft Suede and Cajun Craze. There was no coloring in required to get this striking result!
Event today, this color combination is so popular. This is Daffodil Delight and Going Gray in small panels of Designer Paper are a great way to use up your scraps.
