Boo's friends from high school are getting married on June 20th.
It's a much anticipated wedding since Ryan and Julie have been dating for 7 years. Ryan just graduated from the USAF Academy in Colorado, Julie from our local Florida community college. They have been apart for 4 years while Ryan finished his education and they are ready to begin their life together. We are so excited to be a part of their special day!
To make it even more exciting, Ryan's Mom, Valerie, and I have become good friends over the years and she's a STAMPER! ((insert major happy face)) We spend time together each month where we catch up and create together.
I guess you could say that "weddings" are on my mind right now and as a result, this card was born.
The Perfect Day stamp set is retiring and I'm super sad to see it go. Although I love the new catalog coming out on June 2nd there is only one stamp set that includes just images for weddings. For that reason I highly recommend you purchase this set before June 3rd, when it is officially gone.
My card is simple and easy to coordinate to any wedding color scheme by coloring in the birds, the cake layers. I went a step further and added a small flower from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. A small piece of leftover designer paper plays up the neutral card base.
