Here's another special card created for the house guests at the Tampa Ronald McDonald House. This card was inspired by Heidi Baks.
I used the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes (great value at $5.95 for 20 -U.S. pricing) and added a piece of Confetti Celebration Designer Paper measuring 3" x 4 1/2".
