The news.
I rarely watch it because it's so devastating – everyday.
It's downright discouraging.
I have several friends that needed some encouragement in the past few weeks so I sat down and used the new Sprinkles of Life stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder punch to create this card.
I love this sentiment that is included in this stamp set. It reads "Every cloud has a silver lining, you just have to look up to see it."
And look up we must. That's where encouragement comes from!
Know who else needs encouragement? The families staying at the Ronald McDonald Houses.
$3 from the sale of every "Sprinkles of Life" stamp set will go to benefit the Ronald McDonald Houses Charity for which Stampin' Up! is a global sponsor.
This is a charity close to my heart. I donate cards to their 14-guest room House in Tampa, FL for families to use during their stay. Nearly 300 cards a month are used by these families so the demand is high. If you'd like to help me create cards please click on the picture below for more information.

I stamped the rain drops in Whisper White ink and allowed them to dry. I then added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter using the 2-Way Glue Pen to create a nice sparkle. It IS a silver lining cloud!
The silver foil sheet/cardstock adds an additional layer of shimmer to the overall card layout.
