It's happened!
I've created a project, put it aside and when I pulled it out to duplicate I've forgotten what I've used. It's not only frustrating but time consuming to reinvent something I'd already figured out.
For years I've used this supply sheet to log that information. It not only helps when it comes time to pull the supplies out but it saves money since I don't waste ribbon or twine trying to figure out how much to use.
I've posted the PDF for this form in today's blog post. Scroll past the video to find it. Click on it, download it and begin logging your supplies when you make a project to save time and money.

Hi Lisa! Got your PDF downloaded and worked great. Will be making several copies of this so I have them on hand. I have several projects coming up. Again this is a great idea. TFS! 🙂
I’ve found myself just grabbing a scrap of paper that was laying around to write my dimensions on and they are all over the place…or get tossed accidentally. This is such a nice system to put in place. Thank you for sharing the PDF and fabulous tip!!
Thank you for this!
You’re very welcome, Mary! I’m so glad that you, Jeanne and Lynn found this helpful. I know I can’t live without it! Happy Stamping!
This is a fantastic idea. I admire your organization skills and plan on using your sheet immediately.
Hi Loretta! I’m so happy that you like the supply form. It’s saved me lots of time over the years and I don’t create a project (scrapbook page, card or even a 3D project) without completing it. Happy stamping!
Great idea… I guess it’s one of those…Why didn’t I think of that ideas!! I usually use scraps of paper and sometimes can’t find them later. Probably thrown away…because they were scraps and I was cleaning up. :0( Thanks you for offering the PDF I really appreciate it. Vicki Demo. in Ohio
