One of my favorite pastimes is working in my flower garden. I really love the smell of rich soil and the colors that my garden produces. I'm blessed to have a green thumb and living in Florida makes it easy to have a beautiful flower garden. The warm, humid temperatures make for great, full blooms.
Today's card is a CASE from Stampin' Up! and was shared on their blog a few weeks ago. I loved the use of the words for the background.
I added one small change to Stampin' Up!'s original design. Look closely and you will see that I used the Delightful Dijon marker and added small, random dots to around the leaves. Can't see them? Click on the image and it will enlarge on your screen.
You're probably wondering why I did that? It's perfectly fine without the dots but in my garden I never plant from seeds. I know, I know…but I like quick gratification so I choose seedlings so I can relish in their quick, Floridian growth!
I'll be using this stamp set again for a Blog Hop coming up later this month. Be sure to subscribe to my Blog so you don't miss anything that's coming up.

I love your card and the dots. How clever! I never would have thought of it. It adds great interest and looks really cool
Hi KJ! Thank you! I just thought it needed a little ‘spark’ of color on those leaves! 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to comment!
