Last week I shared how to maximize the use of your sponges when crafting.
This week I'll show you an easy way to get a grip on them, This week's tip isn't just about gripping them but it will also give you a great tip to identify them when you're stamping. When sponging in several colors it's not uncommon to get the sponges mixed up. That creates a real mess. ((go ahead, ask me how I know!)) Today's second tip will eliminate that problem. It's two great tips in one video!.
Get those sponges out because I know you're gonna want to try these tips!

Happy sponging!
Great tip Lisa but how do you then store them? Do you have a special container for them? Love your tips!
Hi Cindy! You know, as organized as I am I don’t have a “storage” for them. I re-use my sponges so I wash them out, allow them to air dry then put them all in a basket in a drawer in my studio. Nothing fancy. Hope this doesn’t ‘disappoint’. 🙂
I’ve been doing this for years (customers at workshops love it!), but in addition to just adding the punched out cardstock, I write the color on it, which really helps.
Love all your tips!
Hi Sandy! That’s a great added idea! I’ve never done that but you’re right, when you use two colors that are closely related the verbiage would help. Thanks for sharing that!
Great tip!
Hi Christine! I’m so glad you found this helpful. Happy stamping! 😀
