I'm back with another sketch challenge. Today it's from CAS(E) this Sketch.

#139

I was inspired to create this card by one I saw in the Holiday Catalog. I made a color change and  added some Gold Baker's Twine.

This stamp set is offered as a Bundle which includes the coordinating acorn punch and saves you 15% when purchased together.  Take it from me, you will want (and need) both!

I created a window in the front of the card using  the 2" Circle Punch.  The acorn is punched from the Gold Foil Sheets. The acorn cap is stamped in Early Espresso and also punched out.  Everything is mounted on Dimensionals and placed on a 2 1/2" circle.

I cut a piece of fancy Gold Vellum 1" x 5 1/2" and scored it in half lengthwise.  I was careful to put adhesive only on the backside of the foil areas so that it didn't show through the front.

Another great plus to this stamp set is that the words "thankful" fit the Bitty Banner Framelits.  No fussy cutting required which made this a super quick card to create.

I used 18" of Gold Baker's Twine to wrap around the card and the three gold sequins are adhered to the front using the new fine tip 2-way Glue Pen.  Those gold sequins add the right amount of shimmer to compliment the acorn, don't they?
