When I first saw this card, created by LeAnne Pugliese, I flipped.  I loved the colors and layout so I CASE'd it with a few "Lisa tweaks".  

 I've always been drawn to black paired with another color; yellow, red and here, Pool Party.  The Basic Black cardstock is cut 1/2" 4 1/4" and I used the Elegant Dots embossing folder to create some texture.   The designer paper is cut 3"x 4" and comes from the Subtles Collection Designer Paper.  

 I used the 2 1/2" Circle punch for the Whisper White floral image and the Circles Framelits for the Soft Sky border behind it.  That dragonfly is gorgeous and yes, I did fussy cut it…totally worth the fuss!

 I added the sentiment from the Cottage Greetings stamp set (love the font!) and used a few White Perfect Accents to embellish the card.
