The Holiday Catalog is loaded with Bundles that include a stamp set and coordinating Thinlits. Of all the Thinlits, the Delicate Ornaments has to be my favorite. I absolutely love their elegance!
I've used these Thinlits cardstock, glimmer paper and foil. The silver and black combination of my card turned out so striking.
I started with Basic Black for the base of the card and cut a piece of Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum 3 3/4" x 5". I haven't found a single adhesive or glue that doesn't show through vellum so I opted to use the mini silver bards. They just added to the silver sparkle!
I used Black Glimmer Paper for the solid ornament image that's peeking through. the shimmer from the silver foil overlay really brings out the sparkle. It's too bad pictures don't do this card justice!
I added a bow using two ribbons; the 5/8" White Organza and the White 3/8" Glitter. I tied them together and attached them with a Glue Dot. After all, what card can have too much sparkle!

Lisa, I have been using Scotch Permanent double sided tape. Have had good luck so far. Use a light touch. Make sure your fingers are completely clean and dry b/c any marks on tape will make it show thru. I have used it on the vellum with the trees, tiny dots in line and the gold snow flakes.
Hi N! I’ve tried the double sided tape without good results. It could be because I had a hard time not handling the tape as much as you describe. I think I will revisit your idea and give it a whirl! Thank you!!!
