I create handmade cards for a living so you'd think that my card box would have a selection of anniversary cards. NOT! I needed one this week and NOTHING! Not one.
I needed fresh inspiration so I turned to a sketch challenge – CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #156!

The stacked hearts were punched from the Love Blossoms Designer Paper Stack – except for the heart at the top. The top heart was punched from Blushing Bride cardstock and I used the small heart image from the Bloomin' Love stamp set to create a random pattern.
The small, wood heart comes from the Love blossoms Embellishment Kit. I topped it with one of the small hearts that were left over from the border punch. The remaining hearts went inside the card for confetti.
I had to stick my anniversary sentiment somewhere so I used the Word Window punch with the greeting from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.
