Having lived in Hawaii I have a passion for tropical flowers. The petals range from delicate Plumerias to vibrant Birds of Paradise.
The Occasions Catalog features a new stamp set called Botanical Blooms that reminds me of tropical flowers. The best part about this stamp set is the coordinating framelits. I especially love the vine border framelit.
I wanted to try something a bit different.
How do you like the angle?
I've used Crumb Cake cardstock cut 4 1/4" x 11". I die cut the vine first then used the Woodgrain Embossing Folder. I added a 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of Botanical Garden Designer Paper across the top. The Mossy Meadow cotton ribbon is attached with Tear & Tape.
The best part about having framelits for all the stamp images is that you can die cut two different pieces at one time. Quick and easy!
The next round of Studio Stamps in the Mail has begun! February's selection includes the Party Wishes Bundle, pre-cut cards and accessories to complete 8 cards; 2 each of 4 different designs.
Deadline to order is February 4th.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!
I’m so glad you like it, Sherry. I’m gonna let you in on a little secret. I hated it when I created it. I threw it away and Boo came in, saw it in the trash and said “Mom, why did you throw that card away?” I told her I didn’t like it, she took it out and insisted that I photograph it and post it.
