How would you like to stamp with me – at your table – at your home?
I offer Studio Stamps in the Mail which is the perfect opportunity for you to have the same cards and stamps that I provide at my live classes, only in the comfort of your own home.
I include the stamp set, pre-cut, pre-punch, pre-die cut, include embellishments, envelopes and a color step-by-step PDF tutorial for 8 cards; 2 each of 4 different designs. The designs are exclusive to Lisa's Stamp Studio. Here's a sneak peek of this month's offering.

We all experience good times and those that are bumpy. It's called the journey of life. Having friends that travel the journey with you makes all the difference in the world. I'm blessed with a great circle of wonderful, close, loving and patience friends. I've had to call on them more than once and they've never batted an eye – no matter what the circumstance or the time of day. Believe me, those bumpy times never come at 2pm but more like 2am!
The Beautiful Ride stamp set initially caught my eye because of the adorable VW Bug/Beetle/punch buggy. Whatever you call it, it's stinkin' cute, isn't it? When the stamp set arrived I began to fall in love with it even more because of the encouraging sentiments.
I used the It's My Party Designer Series Paper Stack for the banners. The smallest banner was created using the Banner Punch and I added a coordinating enamel dot.
Stampin' Up!'s color coordination is unsurpassed. That's one of the many reasons it's so easy to create beautiful paper crafting projects. I added a coordinating piece of Washi Tape just above the designer paper. I used Watercolor Paper and colored the 'bug' with Mint Macaron and Basic Gray ink with an Aqua Painter. I don't know about you but I find coloring so therapeutic. And, if you look closely, you will see that the windows of my 'bug' are tinted – with a little shimmer from the Clear Wink of Stella. ((I'm totally in love with that stuff! No mess, no fuss!))
Which friend can you count during the bumpy times? Leave me a comment and tell me about them. I've got a free stamp set (Perfect Pairings) to give away so be sure to include your email address in your comment! Offer is for U.S. residents only and deadline to enter is Friday, February 19th at 11:59PM EST. Winner will be posted on Saturday, February 20, 2016 here on my blog. (Perfect Pairings stamp set)

I have two friends I can always count on besides my husband. My husband is the first person I go to, then my friends Laura and Rhonda. I am so blessed to have them. Thank you for sharing all of your talents with us. Blessings to you and your family
So I forgot to leave my email address

My husband Bill is the first friend. He is always so helpful and can do anything around the house. My sister Cindy is my best friend and I am so fortunate to have her. She is my stamping buddy as well. And then my church sisters, couldn’t do without them. I am so blessed.
I would also have to say my husband is the first person that I go to and I have a friend Pat that lives across the street that we have known for 47 years. We have not always lived this close because her husband was in the Army and moved around, but we always stayed in touch. Friends are so important in life.

We came into each other’s lives when I was five and she was six. Bethany is my “oldest” friend in the simple fact that she has been the friend I have known for the longest time in my life. We grew up, she moved away, then came back home again. She was my bridesmaid. We’ve celebrated together and mourned together. When I called her, crying in pain after surgery, she told me her phone would be right by her bedside all night, to call her anytime. If I send a text—“Can you talk?” she is always there for me. She is one of God’s gifts to me.
My friend Karen has been with me as a friend for around 46 or so years. She’s been like a sister to me, always willing to listen & give me strength. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer 30 months ago so I’ve depended on her more often than anyone. Even through sobbing, she always listens…she is truly my pillar of strength. Oh, we’re miles & miles apart too!
My go to person for the last 45 years has been my husband, and best friend, Bill. Now that he is in the “moderate to severe” stages of dementia, my neighbors and church family, Connie & Bob are my life line. They are true to their God, themselves and family. I am so blessed to have Connie & Bob during sickness and health. Thank you for the opportunity to write about these two angels and a chance to win blog candy. Appreciate your kindness, cards and tips you share with all of us.
I have a friend of 50+ years that is very special to me. She listens, gives advise and keeps all secrets. We went our separate ways when graduate but didn’t lose contact. I am so thankful to have her in my life. Thank you for all the great ideas you share.
My very first thought of a friend is my dear husband. He is my second but very first in my heart. He is the rock of my live. Then, my next go to friend is my sister. We do stamping together & have such a good time. These 2 people are blessings. Thanks for all the inspiration that you give me on your blog & thanks for a chance at some nice “blog candy”.
Thanks for asking, Lisa! My best friend in life is my husband, and I have several female friends that are always there for me as well. I am thinking of one in particular… We have both experienced significant loss in our lives, and she is a great person to grieve with. She doesn’t hesitate to be there for me with empathy and compassion. I am truly blessed! Best wishes to all that enter the blog candy contest.
My mom has been my best friend….she’s awesome, and at almost 97, is still a ‘rock’….compassionate towards others, always there to help and filled with so much love and wisdom. We are so blessed to have had her in our lives for so long, and that at her age, she’s still so sharp. Of course, I have a few really close and dear girlfriends who are confidants, fun to be with, etc, as well, but Mom has been a true friend throughout life.~~Thanks for the chance at blog candy!

My friend, Nancy has been my best friend for many years. We met after we both married when I arrived in a new town. We babysat each other’s children and took them places together. Our boys and girls were able to enjoy their friendships and make many memories as we took them to many places-the beach, playgrounds, ice shows, the circus, 4-H events, fairs, etc. She always was there when I needed her. That included the seven years when my late husband was ill. She took care of my daughter when we traveled back and forth to Stanford Hospital, She is an RN and spent her birthday with me the night my husband died at home.. Although I moved further away, we have continued to keep in touch and she always has a great listening ear!
