Webster Dictionary defines fancy as "to elaborate in structure or decoration".
I think my card fits that description.
In my opinion, Smoky Slate has a calm, vintage feel so I used it as the base of my card.
I die cut the heart using the Big Shot and the Bloomi' Heart Thinlits Die. The Big Shot Die Brush removes the small pieces from the die with ease. It's a definite must for these intricate dies!
The Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit contains a plethora of accessories; pearl trim (used here), satin ribbon, bow paper clips, sequins, wood veneer pieces, enamel glitter dots and foil heart doilies. There are so many wonderful things in this kit that you'll have trouble deciding what to use first!
I created the bow with the Blushing Bride 1/4" Cotton Ribbon and tied the Silver Metallic Thread to hold it together. I left a few whimsical ends looped around the back for a romantic touch.
The Bloomin' Love stamp set has several flower images that were created to fit inside the die cut shape of this filigree heart. The stamps have a small "point" in the photopolymer to indicate direction so you can line them up.
I stamped the greeting from "One Big Meaning" in Smoky Slate ink. Isn't that curly "y" the perfect place for another pearl?
