As a demonstrator, I've been able to view the new catalog and it's amazing! There are new ribbons, twines, embellishments and new punches. The base of my card is Whisper White cardstock. I cut a layer of Melon Mambo measuring 4" x 5 1/4". The"It's Your Party" Designer Paper is so much fun (retiring also!) and full of varied designs that aren't just for birthday! I cut the designer paper 4"x 5 1/4" and mounted it on an angle.
Here's a tip, add adhesive to the designer paper, mount it on an angle then turn the card over and trim the excess paper from the back. By following the edge of the folded card you will have a nice clean line.
I stamped the VW image on a coordinating piece of designer paper from the same package. I fussy cut the car (super easy!), colored in the windows with Basic Black marker, the wheels with Basic Gray marker and added an enamel dot from the It's My Party collection.
And, just in case you didn't notice, the windows are covered in Clear Wink of Stella and they sparkle!
