this turned out very nice. We did this technique in grade school art. We used colored crayons on the paper over plastic designs made for this purpose. To create a scene we ran yellow over a sun template, blue over a cloud template etc. Thanks for sharing.

I had to chuckle when I saw this video… I’m heading on to 74 years old and it reminded me
of all those k-5 resist paintings we did in grade school.
I was watching the video and I thought “what’d new is old”….
Cute cards though! And now i can go back to grade school and remember what fun it was to
do that technique and add it to card making.

thank you so much for sharing this cool effect. I love it. And I am one of those ladies who have a ton of crayons in my own stuff. LOL I was one of those moms that every time I took my kiddos to get there stuff, I got some for me also. Than my sister gave me so many crayons she had no use for. LOL hello crayons.
