Page 101 of the catalog features two stamp sets that have the hearts of dog and cat lovers.
The first set "Bella & Friends" has 11 images for dog lovers. The second set is "Pretty Kitty" also with 11 images, perfect for cat lovers.
Regardless of which fur baby is your favorite, you'll have to admit that both stamp sets are adorable. The bold outline images make them easy to color.
The image is stamped in Basic Black ink and colored in with an Aqua Painter using residual ink from the lid of the ink pads.
It's stamped on – ready – Shimmery White cardstock! You might not know this, but Shimmery White cardstock is wonderful for watercoloring. Not only does it shimmer (a huge win in my book!) but the paper is very resilient to water allowing the color to blend nicely.
Oh, and let's not forget about that gorgeous ruched ribbon! It's shown here in Peekaboo Peach but it's available in all five new 2016-2018 In Colors. You'll want it – I promise!
It's Friday and that means a free PDF download for today's project.

Even if you don't have this stamp set I bet you have something that would fit in the center of this layout. I'd love to see your creations! Email them to me HERE?!
Take a look at the new PDF files in my library!

Lisa, I made two of these cards yesterday for friends’ birthdays. What a joy they were to make! I loved every minute of the process. They are such happy and bright cards. I changed them up, a bit, of course, to fit my needs, but I just wanted to tell you how much fun they were to create. Thank you, again, as always. (I also might add that I practiced my water coloring skills, as well. LOL)
Hi Jeneane! I’m so happy to read that you’ve used the PDF tutorial to make the card. It’s not often enough that I hear from people that saw a project and re-created it. I always wonder if what I am sharing is being utilized – so glad it is! Thank you for taking the time to comment. Thrilled you were happy with the end result!
