Pineapples are typically associated with Hawaii. But they are also recognized as the traditional expression of "welcome" in the south and along some areas in the Eastern Seaboard as well. The fruit symbolizes the warmth, welcome, friendship and hospitality in a home.
This beautiful fruit is all the rage right now. You can find them on everything from door knockers to quilts – and on rubber stamps!
Today's video project centers around the new Stampin' Up! Pineapple stamp. I'll teach you several ways to add layer and depth to the project. The designer paper is part of the Affectionately Yours package. Don't overlook the amazing double-sided patterns in this pack!
I have included cutting dimensions and pictures after the video in this post.

Good morning, Lisa. Great video for a very pretty card. Yes, we all get smudges from time to time. What about adding a few sequins – one of which would go over the smudge? I know it wasn’t your original plan and you probably didn’t have any nearby. I love your videos because you are so clear and straight forward with your instructions. Have a wonderful day. Stay cool!!
Good morning, HJ! Yes, definitely could add sequins to cover boo-boo’s. I often do that or use rhinestones or pearls. They hid a multitude of stamping sins. 😀 I’m so happy that you enjoy my videos. Thanks for stopping by!
