What inspires you?
I often find inspiration in home decor items such as bed spreads, serving pieces and paintings. I know that may sound crazy but there are tons of great patterns and color combinations to be found.
There's a warehouse store not far from my home called Old Time Pottery. I'm not sure if they are nationwide or not but I always marvel at the huge array of decor items they stock – and at fabulously low prices! Rummaging through the housewares department you can find ceramic dinner plates for $1. Yes, just a dollar!
Although their supply includes plenty of neutral colors there are plenty of serving pieces with bold patterns. Paisleys have made a huge come back.
Today's card uses the Paisleys & Posies stamp set and plays up the rustic colors in the coordinating designer paper with copper embellishments. The focal point of my card uses a copper rhinestone.
I've included cutting dimensions, pictures and a supply list below for you.

Love this card with the beautiful paisley diecut and the copper strip. Copper is so on trend this year and I love it.
