There are just a few days left to order your special "Studio Bundle" for January's Studio Stamps in the Mail (SSITM).
Ordering ends on January 8th. Get all the details for this month's SSITM edition HERE.
Embossing folders, to a paper crafter, can turn the ordinary project into something spectacular! They're affordable, easy to use, and easy to store.
Regardless of how many embossing folders I own, it never fails, I could have "just one more". Why is it that the 'one' pattern you want, you don't have?
I'm going to help resolve that in today's quick tip video. I'll show you how to use your Framelits and Thinlits to create embossed patterns on your cardstock.
This beautiful new framelit is part of the Occasions Catalog. Click HERE to view it.
Disclaimer: Please pay close attention to my instructions. Failure to place the die the correct way will result in cutting the material underneath the layers. Remember, cutting edge UP when embossing. Cutting edge DOWN when die cutting.
I've included a few close up pictures of the embossed cardstock from the video in today's post so you can get a better look. Click on the images to enlarge them on your screen.
This collage is perfect for pinning to your Pinterest board for later reference.
Each side of the cardstock will have a slightly difference appearance.
This is side one.
This is side two.
Mark your calendar for my next Spotlight with Lisa event on Saturday, January 7th, 8PM EST – 5PM PST – 6PM MST – 7PM CST. I will be demonstrating LIVE on my Facebook page. Be sure to 'like' the page so you don't miss the notifications. Click HERE.
Are you receiving my e-newsletter? If not, why not? It's free and I include a new project, tutorial, tips, up-to-date information and online class details. Sign up by clicking on the image below.
Would love to see a card sample you made using the embossed piece from the dragonfly die
