Would you believe I created these banners from the ice cream cone framelit in the Cool Treats Bundle?
The Celebrations Duo Embossing Folders create de-embossed greetings. I used the "celebrate" folder for this card and added color streaks over the de-embossed text using Sponge Daubers.
I die cut scraps of designer paper, adhered Whisper White Baker's Twine using Dimensionals, to the back of each banner and strung them across the card.
The Brights and Regals Enamel Dots along with the White Perfect Accents added the perfect embellishments.
Don't let this fabulous Bundle of products fool you. The shapes can be used for all kinds of things!
