The retiring accessories are clearing out fast so I thought I would focus on a retiring stamp set. Stampin' Up! has announced that retiring stamp sets will be available through May 22nd. After that date, they are available only while supplies last.

I often get an eye roll at a stamping event when I tell someone that they have to fussy cut an image.
That poses a question.
If you love a stamp set and it didn't have coordinating dies, would you not purchase it?
Of course you would purchase it!
Even though the Build It Framelits are sold out, the coordinating stamp set, Nailed It, isn't, and I've created an adorable card that doesn't need the framelits!
This card would be appropriate for graduation, a promotion or even a thank you card.
I created the Basic Black cardstock frame using the Stitched Shapes Framelits by nesting two closely related sizes together. I colored in the image using an Aqua Painter from Delightful Dijon and Smoky Slake ink.
The Urban Underground Designer Paper and washi tape are the perfect accents to this card.
Don't let retiring framelits discourage you from purchasing the stamp set you love.

Cute card today, Lisa. Good job showing us a fun way to make a card without a framelit. We are getting spoiled and I’ll be the first to admit it. I have had 3 hand surgeries over the years and I keep fussy cutting to a minimum, but that’s just my quirk. Have a great day!
Cute card I remember being excited over coordinated punches . I am fussy cutting because I haven’t ordered BigShot yet. I don’t have any guys to send the card to but I would certainly use all of those tool stamps to make a wonderful backround paper then only fussy cut the easiest tool for the statement piece and my message, Thanks for sharing .
Hi Gaeyl! I’m always so happy when you stop by. Thank you for the comment.
Hi HJ! Thanks for stopping by. Three surgeries would deter me from fussy cutting as well. Thank heavens for framelits! 😀
