For years I've wrestled using vellum because I couldn't find a way to adhere it without it showing through the front.
But that all changed when I tried the Multipurpose Liquid Glue!
This tip is going to save you time (and frustration). I've created a card perfect for showcasing the flawless adhesion and have included more pictures of this card below. B sure to scroll down to see them.
The Blushing Bride Sequin Trim, Jet Black StazOn ink pad and the Whisper White 5/8" Organza Ribbon, all used on this card, are retiring. Hurry though – retiring accessories are only available while supplies last!
The embossing folder, Pretty Paisleys, retired with the Holiday Catalog on January 3rd. You didn't get it? Ohhh, no, I'm so sorry! Don't let that happen again! Order the retiring products you love before they're gone. Click HERE!
Don't miss the huge list of retiring products. Accessories are only available while supplies last and loads of items are marked down – up to 50% off! Click on the image below to see the entire list.

What a great tip on attaching vellum!!! Thanks for sharing.
Great idea. Now, how do you emboss on vellum without the heat gun warping the vellum? Yours was so flat.
Hi Leslie! I stamped with StazOn ink on this vellum. This is not heat embossed. BUT, I have a tip for you on how to help keep the vellum from warping. I’ve got a video on heat embossing on vellum. The secret is to heat from the opposite side when you’re finished to ‘straighten out’ the paper. Give it a try. It works. Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jyxnPcSFEqY&t=1s
Hi Judy! Thanks for stopping by to watch and leaving me a comment. I’m so happy that this tip has helped.
Great tip, Lisa. I have put that in my techniques notebook, so my older brain doesn’t have to remember it until I need it. lol
Hi HJ! I’m giggling at your ‘old brain’ comment. I have to write everything down or I forget! 😀 I’m glad you found this tip useful. Thanks for coming by!
Lisa, I love your blog and videos. You always have the best tips. But this one, this is major! I haven’t heard of anyone able to glue vellum without it showing. This is a big deal! You’re a genius!
Hi Sue! Thank you for the kind words and for following my blog and videos! Adhering vellum has been a real wrestling match for me for years. I’m glad that I could share to help you as well. Happy stamping!
