Cheerful is a word defined in Webster's Dictionary as happy and optimistic. There's also a second definition that reads "causing happiness by its nature or appearance".
This is how I define cheerful!
I've blogged about this before, but black paired any bright color is always a winning combination. I used Daffodil Delight on this card with a very simple image from the Gift From the Garden (retiring) stamp set.

I used the 2" Circle Punch for those adorable polka dot rain boots. To keep with the color coordination, I colored in the rhinestones using a black Sharpie marker. The black circle was created using the Layering Circles Framelits.
