I'm wrestling with a new camera. I've been using a Canon SX60 HS 35mm for a number of years and recently I upgraded to the new iPhone 7S.
Boo, my professional, insists that the new iPhone cameras are just as good as my 35mm. I don't know, the pictures seem grainy. Please bear with me as I figure this thing out.
I've always enjoyed stamp sets that are different. Don't get me wrong, I love flowers and butterflies but there's something about a stamp set that has unlikely images that screams 'buy me'!
The "You've Got Style" stamp set on page 47 caught my attention! These quirky images had me giggling the second I saw them.
Instead of using the obvious pieces of this set, I chose the cat image to make today's card.

I created a diagonal border using Whisper White cardstock cut at 1 3/4" x 5 1/2". I stamped the cats randomly using Basic Black Archival ink and colored them in using a Blender Pen and Soft Suede ink.
The heart is from the Tabs for Everything stamp set. I'll admit I wasn't fond of this set when Stampin' Up! gave it to me at an event but I find myself using it more and more for the simple images and greetings.

I've always been a fan of red and black and this card is a great representation of why. It's simple yet stated.
Don't overlook the fun and quirky. They can make some really great cards!

HI Lisa . . . . .Gee do I like your card. You did such a nice job coloring the cats & everything else. It’s sooo cute. You’re the best.
Hi Loretta! Well, you’re just too sweet. 😀 Thank you! Thanks for stopping by!
