There are just 34 days left of Sale-A-Bration so I’m squeezing in all my favorite projects using these free products.Today’s thank you card uses Heartfelt Blooms, the most widely selected Sale-A-Bration product for 2018. The design and manufacturing of this floral image has brought about a whole new way to create rubber stamps! Let me explain.

The Stampin’ Up! concept artist sketched the bouquet of flowers then photographed it. The Stampin’ Up! manufacturing facility in Kanab, Utah then turned the photographed image into rubber.  The result is this one-of-a kind, patent-pending style that Stampin’ Up! will be naming “DistINKtive” stamps.  This unique stamp surface will lay the ink down in different opacities giving the finished image more depth. Brilliant, isn’t it? This beautiful stamp set is one of the FREE selections during Sale-A-Bration which will end on March 31st.

My thank you card also uses this floral bouquet to create a unique background for the greeting. I’ll provide tips on how to create it along with a tip about using the Dimensionals to provide the proper elevation for the layers on this card. To achieve the best results for this image, be sure your ink pad is not too juicy or it will appear distorted. This set is available as a free selection in either clear mount (as I’ve used in my video) or wood mount.

Cutting Dimensions

• Whisper White cardstock base is cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and folded in half
• Whisper White cardstock layer for the image is cut 2 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
• Whisper White cardstock for the greeting is cut 5/8″ x 2 1/4″
• Silver Foil layer is cut 3″ x 4″
• Sweet Soiree Designer Paper is cut 2″ x 5 1/2″

All these images can be pinned to your Pinterest boards for later reference. Simply hoover over the picture for the Pin-It Button and save them.
