A friend recently asked me “what’s your style”?  That’s easy – French Country. A French Country style is always rustic, old-world and welcoming. It incorporates ruffles, distressed woods and mixed patterns. If an item has a “history” I’m in love with it! After nearly three decades of marriage, Bob the Builder and I agreed that our decor needed updating. Our color palette completed changed as well. We ditched the burgundy and browns and used lots of off white and taupe. We recently added an old louvered door, window frames and a vintage chair.  Decorating has long been a passion of mine. I consider creating hand stamped cards just another form of decorating!

The Petal Palette stamp set has the perfect French Country feel to it. The Petal Passion designer paper is purposely distressed with areas of light and dark patterns which coordinate with the sketched images in the stamp set. I’ve found the Petal Palette Bundle (stamp set and coordinating framelits) to be so versatile that I’ve chosen it to be the March edition of Studio Stamps in the Mail.
