Often there are times that a bow isn’t appropriate for a project. Perhaps it’s a card or 3D project for a man. There are also times a bow won’t fit on the front of a card proportionately given the width of the ribbon you’ve selected. Regardless of the reason, you notice the project “needs something” and you know that ribbon or twine is the answer. But how do you make it work?
Today’s quick tip video will teach you how to create a one-loop bow. Despite the width of the ribbon or twine you select you’ll have a more simplistic style bow that’s appropriate for both men and women. It can easily be added to 3D projects as well. The video also provides a great a tip on adjusting the loops of your bow without losing all the tension.
I’ve included pictures of a completed one-loop bow along with the supplies discussed in today’s video. Be sure to scroll down to see them.
