Wednesday night I held a Facebook Live event and demonstrated the narrow note cards and envelopes. I created four different cards and a coordinating box using “A Mother’s Flair” stamp set. This box and note cards are perfect as a gift set, shower favors or even for Mother’s Day.
The quality of the Facebook Live was poor so I’ve recreated the project in today’s video. I’ve included pictures and basic supplies for this project below. Be sure to scroll down to see them. I also have a PDF tutorial available for purchase for all four cards along with the box. The tutorial include step-by-step instructions, numerous pictures, cutting dimensions and a detailed supply list for everything you see here. You can find this tutorial in my Project PDF Tutorial Library HERE.
This project was entered in the Simon Says:Anything Goes Challenge
The PDF tutorial for this project can be found HERE or by clicking on the image below.
Live Events!
If you’re on Facebook I’d love to have you join me for future live events. Be sure to “like” and “follow” my Facebook page HERE. Since Facebook has recently made some changes, I’m including a picture below so you can accurately follow the page and not miss any of the notifications when I’ll be live.

So many pretty creations…but i cannot resist that shoe card…perfect.
Thank you for sharing with us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. Have a great day x
That’s my favorite, too, Tracy! Thanks for coming by. I love participating in the Simon Says challenges!
So creative! I have just subscribed as your videos are wonderful – you have the most pleasant voice, your flow of info is perfect, you must have had a profession in tv or radio. Thanks for your inspiration!!
Hi Margaret! Thank you for your kind compliments. I did not have a prior profession in TV or radio and quite honestly, while filming these videos I often am concerned about how they come across. Quite a bit ends up on the editing room floor. 😀 I’m glad you enjoy the projects I share. Thanks for following me.
It is more difficult to do a TOP TIP about the Big Shot as a whole because of the complexity of the machine. But one of the best TOP TIPS I was given was about the moving around of the plates to ensure that they do not get warped too much. You expect them to last a life time until another crafter shows you their plates and the die cut into them. :O)
