Balloons are a sure sign of a celebration! Whether celebrating a birthday, retirement or promotion, this stamp set has a bounty of thoughts and images to convey whatever you want to say. Several of the colors used on this card are retiring. Be sure to review the retired lists for your favorites so you can purchase them before they’re gone.

Supplies:
- Stamps – Balloon Celebration (140675);
- Paper – Tempting Turquoise (102067); Lemon Lime Twist (144245); Whisper White (100730)
- Ink – Tempting Turquoise (126952); Lemon Lime Twist (144086); Daffodil Delight (126944); Flirty Flamingo (141397); Peekaboo Peach (141398); Memento Tuxedo Black (132708)
- Other – Tailored Tag Punch (145667); Lemon Lime Twist 3/8” Mini Striped Ribbon (145611); Dimensionals (104430)
Measurements:
- Tempting Turquoise (base): 5 ½” x8 ½”
- Tempting Turquoise (layer): 2 ¾” x 4 ½”
- Lemon Lime Twist (layer): 3” x 4 3/4”
- Lemon Lime Twist: scrap to punch
- Whisper White (layer): 2 ½” x 4 ¼”
- Ribbon: 11”
Instructions:
- Stamp the stars image randomly on the card base using Tempting Turquoise ink.
- Stamp the strings and the outline of the balloons using the Memento ink on the Whisper White layer.
- Stamp the inside of the balloons with the assorted colors noted. Don’t worry about overlap.
- Adhere the white layer to the Tempting Turquoise layer. Adhere these layers to the Lemon Lime Twist Layer.
- Tie the ribbon around the layers ending in a knot on the front as shown.
- Stamp the greeting using Memento ink on a scrap piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Punch out the greeting using the Tailored Tag Punch. Adhere the greeting to the lower right side of the image layers using Dimensionals.
