Have you ever wondered how to do clear block stamping with detailed images? Today, I’m teaching you this card and stamping technique!
Clear block stamping is a simple technique that uses your clear acrylic block stamped in a solid color ink to create a background. It’s the perfect background technique for detailed images, especially on those days that you don’t feel like coloring. ((smile)) Clear block stamping is also the perfect stamping technique on cards that you will be mass producing such as holiday cards and invitations.
Pretty & Every Card Turns Out a Bit Different
As a word of caution, clear block stamping is not a technique that you can “control”. Despite your efforts you’ll never know exactly how the coverage will turn out. I think that’s half the fun. No two will be exactly alike. I’ll share several tips for this technique that will provide you with a successful first attempt.
During the video I’ll also share the new Country Lane suite of products which will debut in the new Holiday Catalog on September 5th. If you like country, farmhouse or vintage designs, you’ll love this new suite of products. Get a good look at the new Country Lane Designer Paper, Braided Linen Trim and Galvanized Buttons in this video. Oh, and there’s lots more country charm in this suite that you won’t want to miss – September 5th.
