Do I dare to even mention Valentine’s Day?! Even if it’s a Valentine’s Day Card: Beautiful and Easy?! Believe it or not, I’ve been working on projects for Valentine’s Day and spring. I know, I know, Christmas was just yesterday!
Designing ahead of occasions is part of being a paper crafter. And, as a demonstrator, I’ve been able to get my hands on new Occasions Catalog products early which had me itching to create with them. This card uses the new Occasions Catalog stamp set “Forever Lovely” and it is beyond lovely! The coordinating Lovely Flowers Edgelits, Heart Epoxy Droplets and All My Love Designer Paper had me swooning – and you will be too! So much, that this bundle of products will be the focus of my January Card Making Kit which begins on January 9th.
The flowers and hearts in the Forever Lovely stamp set have a unique stamp finish appearing dimensional and textured. And the greetings! There are far more than “Happy Valentine’s Day”. I told you I was swooning! 😆
The Lovely Flowers Edgelits dies are comprised of 14 pieces. With additional dies outside of the stamp set images, the creative possibilities are endless! And in true Stampin’ Up! fashion, there are duplicate dies for the more popular images like leaves and ferns. That means less passes in the Big Shot and more time to stamp and assemble. (Still swooning!)
I hope you didn’t miss the Heart Epoxy Droplet next to the greeting. These clear shapes can be colored with Stampin’ Blends to provide a permanent color finish to coordinate with your projects. Because they’re clear, they can be easily adhered over colored cardstock and designer paper.
And if these products weren’t enough to fall in love with, the All My Love Suite also includes a ribbon combo pack that include a spool of Flirty Flamingo and Lovely Lipstick ribbons that coordinate with the designer papers.
Now you’re swooning, too! Don’t miss the video for this project below along with the pictured supplies. And remember, the Occasions Catalog, along with Stampin’ Up!’s largest sale of the year, Sale-A-Bration, all begin on January 3.
